In 1970, a fine-dining restaurant Hachiki-an, a chicken cuisine, was established in a traditional area Marutamachi, Kyoto.
Since then, Hachiki-an has become one of symbolic restaurants in Kyoto, the oldest city in Japan. And has been loved by numerous celebrities.
At present, after half a century has passed, we would like to spread the taste which we kept even in turbulent times, to all over the world.
